Hier finden Sie Stellenangebote für Studenten und Absolventen aus den Finanzdienstleistungen und Finance. Für Leute, die bereits ein Studium hinter sich haben, bieten viele Finanzdienstleister Trainee-Programme oder andere Graduierten-Stellen an. Diese Positionen werden in Investmentbanken üblicherweise als „Analysten“ bezeichnet. Diese Analysten dürfen indes nicht mit den Mitarbeitern aus dem Research verwechselt werden.
In vielen Fällen erwarten Finanzdienstleister und Investmentbanken von Studenten, dass sie ein einschlägiges Praktikum absolvieren, bevor sie eingestellt werden. Diese Praktika gibt es in mehreren Formaten. Oft handelt es sich um Sommerpraktika, die üblicherweise über 10 bis 12 Wochen in den Sommermonaten nach dem zweiten Studienjahr stattfinden.
Bei europäischen Banken ist es jedoch üblich, dass Studenten auch weitaus längere Praktika absolvieren, die oft Monate oder sogar Jahre dauern. Oft stellen diese als Praktikums-Semester einen Teil des Studiums dar. Ebenso gewinnen kurze Praktika bei Investmentbanken für Studenten im ersten Studienjahr an Beliebtheit, bei denen die Studenten eine Einführung in die Branche erhalten.
In der Regel besetzen Finanzdienstleister einen Großteil ihrer Absolventenstellen aus dem Kreise ihrer Praktikanten. Erfolgreiche Praktikanten können so an einem Trainingsprogrammen für Absolventen teilnehmen. Diese Angebote umfassen theoretische Phasen und Training on the Job, wobei Letzteres oft eine Rotation zwischen verschiedenen Aufgabenbereichen darstellt, so dass die Studenten den Beruf genau kennenlernen.
Investmentbanken sind dafür berüchtigt, bei der Einstellung von Absolventen und Praktikanten hohe Erwartungen zu stellen. Sie wählen im Allgemeinen Universitätsstudenten mit äußert guten akademischen Qualifikationen und mit klaren Vorstellungen davon aus, wo sie in der Branche arbeiten wollen. Studenten, denen am Ende ihres Praktikums keine Absolventenstellen angeboten wird, können sich indes auf Traineestellen bei anderen Finanzdienstleistern bewerben, was indes schwieriger ist.
